Plenary is headquartered in Washington, DC, with branches in Lanham, MD, and Fayetteville, NC. Although these are our main offices, we conduct construction projects globally.

We handle a wide variety of projects, including construction management, interior renovations, tenant fit-outs, design/build, electrical, and heavy civil & structural repairs.. Whether it’s building a remodeling an office, or upgrading existing spaces, we specialize in providing solutions that meet each client’s specific needs and budget.

Plenary managing the entire project lifecycle from initial concept and design development to construction delivery and closeout, which encompasses specialized cleaning, system training, and maintenance to ensure building functionality, safety, and longevity after construction ends. Key services include final inspections, punch list completion, HVAC commissioning, and debris removal to transition the project to active occupancy.
